I love the Taste Profile format, Josh! Also, having discovered No Expectations and Rosali in the last two weeks and really digging both, this was a real treat.
I like the Rosali album, too, maybe not as much as you but it's very good. She also seems like someone I could relate to having been a baker/dishwasher myself, LOL. Great taste, too - this King Blood record is WILD.
That Liam Kazar show on Sunday was so damned good. Third time seeing him, 1st time as a headliner. He's such an effortless showman. He got to control the room and the flow of the night a lot more than he was able/willing to do as an opener. Feels like his next album is gonna be a big deal. That song "Memory" is a jaw-dropper. Heard it for the first time when he opened for NRBQ at Fitzgerald's last fall and it floored me then and it floored me again when he dialed it up on Sunday. He makes it look easy. Big Liam fan!
Recently got into Maggie Halfman after finding her single on one of your playlists. Her album was just released and is a real solid collection of songs. Would love to see her break through.

That Rosali albums one of the top releases of the year for me so far as was her 2021 release which made my AOTY list.
