So happy to be a subscriber, and especially love your coverage of local Chicago shows. Would you ever consider publishing an ‘upcoming show’ calendar of not to miss, upcoming sets? So many venues, so much great music in this city, etc etc, just think this would be great to have!
Hey Ben, thanks so much. You're not the first person to ask for this. I've waffled a bit on this since a solid number of folks who subscribe don't live here but I think a small little section at the beginning of the month about what I'm looking forward to might be good to add in the future.
Since I missed putting this month in this week's (I still might add something next week), the big two shows I'm stoked on are Bonny Doon on the 19th at the Bottle and Dazy on the 18th at Sleeping Village.
